Sharing your content with Haws
At Haws Watering Cans, we love nothing more than when people share photos of their cans and how your gardens grow.
Whether you've got a windowsill, an allotment or a patio garden, you're welcome in our ever-growing community of green-fingered friends.
If you share your best pics with us, your content may be featured across our social media channels, website, email communications, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
For a chance to be featured, upload your images directly here, or use #hawsinthewild when posting on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or YouTube.
Terms & conditions
By submitting content to Haws (directly uploading it, responding affirmatively to our requests on social media with #hawscan, or any other submission method), you agree to the following terms:
- Your confirmation
You confirm that:
- You are the owner and creator of the content, or have obtained all necessary permissions to share it
- You are at least 18 years old
- All individuals appearing in the content have consented to being featured
- If children appear in the content, you are their parent or legal guardian, or have obtained parental consent
- The content does not infringe any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights
- The content is appropriate and does not violate any applicable laws
2. License and usage rights
You grant Haws Watering Cans a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to:
- Use, reproduce, display, store, and publish your content
- Edit, modify, or adapt your content as needed
- Publish and distribute your content across any paid or unpaid media (including digital, print, and social platforms)
- Incorporate your content into marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns
- Sub-license your content to third parties working with Haws (such as marketing agencies)
This does not limit your ability to use or license your content to others.
3. Content guidelines
Please do not submit content that:
- Infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
- Is inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or misleading
- Violates privacy rights or applicable laws
- Promotes competing products or services
4. Our discretion
Haws reserves the right to:
- Use submitted content at our sole discretion
- Edit, modify, or remove any content
- Decline to post or feature any submission
- Remove content at any time for any reason
We are not obligated to use or feature all submitted content. We may provide attribution when featuring your content, but this is not guaranteed. Attribution may include reference to your social handle or name where reasonably practical.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You retain ownership of your content and may continue to use it elsewhere. However, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haws Watering Cans, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or breach of these terms.
