UK Delivery
We take care to ensure your order reaches you promptly and safely.
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day.
Our workshop and couriers take a well-earned rest at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Delivery rates
Standard delivery
- £4.95 - Royal Mail (48T tracked service)
Express delivery
- £6.95 - Royal Mail (24T tracked service)
- £8.95 - DPD (Tracked courier service)
A note on long products
Some of our products are a little too long and elegant for Royal Mail, and must be shipped using DPD’s courier service. These include:
- The Cradley Deluxe, The Bearwood Brook, The Hockley Heritage, and The Warley Fall ranges.
If your order includes one of these, it’ll automatically be classed as a long-item delivery.
Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands and Islands
We’re able to ship most items to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands using Royal Mail.
For long items, the following rates apply:
- Long Items – Northern Ireland: £12.95 – DPD (Tracked, 2–3 working days)
- Long Items – Scottish Highlands & Islands: £36.50 – DPD (Tracked, 1–2 working days)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Other UK Regions
For other areas within the UK not listed above, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
US Delivery
Our delivery rates for the US consist of three bands, depending on your location in the United States:
East Coast: $12.99 – FedEx (Tracked Standard 1-2 days)
Middle America: $14.99 – FedEx (Tracked Standard 2-4 days)
West Coast: $19.99 – FedEx (Tracked Standard 3-5 days)
Please note that we are unable to send to PO Boxes.

EU Delivery
All orders placed on our EU website will be shipped from our warehouse in Munster, Germany.
While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on your location and current demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering your Haws Watering Can to you as efficiently as possible.
In the unlikely event that you require a warranty replacement for your Haws Watering Can, please note that it will also be sent from our facility in Germany. We are committed to ensuring that your gardening tools are of the highest quality and will promptly address any issues covered under our warranty policy.
