Returns and exchanges

If an item isn't right for you, or you'd like to exchange it for something else, we can help.

Eligibility

Items can be returned within 28 days from purchase, unused and in their original packaging.  

We can accept returns for:

        Items that aren't what you expected

        Items you've changed your mind about

        Faulty or damaged items (see our separate guide on damaged items for more detail)

How to return an item

Please notify us that you wish to return your item. Contact general@haws.co.uk with the reason for your return. 

Once we've confirmed the return, we'll provide you with a returns address and instructions on how to send your item back to us. You will then have a further 14 days to send the order back.

Who pays for return postage

Return postage would be at your expense. 

If your item was faulty or if something was incorrect please let us know by email, and we can discuss this.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your returned item, we'll process your refund. Refunds are processed twice a week. 

You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different one, let us know. Depending on the price difference, we can either refund you or invoice you the difference. 

Items received in poor condition

If an item arrives damaged or you suspect it's faulty, see our guide on damaged or faulty items on arrival for the right steps to take. In many cases, we can arrange a replacement straightaway without needing you to return the damaged item first.
