Dispatch times and delivery information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Our factory and couriers take a well-earned rest at weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier we use. 

Why is postage so much for a small order?

Postage costs reflect the actual cost of getting your order to your address. They don't change based on order size because the handling and packaging your parcel needs—and the courier's fee for collecting and delivering it—are the same whether you're ordering one item or ten.

We price postage transparently so you can see what you're paying for. If you have questions about your specific postage charge, we're happy to explain.

International shipping

We currently ship to the UK, Europe and the US.

Postage to these destinations covers the cost of international handling and courier services, plus any applicable import duties or taxes. Delivery times vary by region, typically 5-10 working days depending on the courier.
