Delivery & Returns

Our delivery rates for the US consist of three bands, depending on your location in the United States:

East Coast: $12.99

Middle America: $14.99

West Coast: $19.99

Please note that we are unable to send to PO Boxes.

Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to
request a full refund. Please contact us by calling +44121 420 2494 or email general@haws1886.com to request
a return.

We will then ask you to post the items back to us in their
original condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in
the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked method.

Once your items are received, we aim to refund or exchange
within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know
when the refund has been processed, or when a replacement product has been
dispatched.

To request an order cancellation; please send an email to:

With the following text in the subject:

Cancel Order (insert order reference number)

It is very important that you include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email number and follows the format:

If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.

In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
