Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to make changes to your order after you've placed it, we may be able to help.

Can I change my delivery address?

It depends on how quickly we can act. 

If you've already placed your order, contact us straightaway with your new address details. You can email general@haws.co.uk or call 0121 420 2494

The sooner you get in touch, the more likely we can update it before your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it's dispatched. 

Once an order has been dispatched, we can't cancel it. You'll need to refuse delivery or arrange a return after it arrives.

Can I combine multiple orders into one delivery?

If you've placed multiple orders and would like them sent together to save on postage, get in touch. 

We'll see what we can do, though it may not always be possible depending on stock and warehouse location.

Can I change the items in my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, we can't adjust the items. 

If you realise you've ordered the wrong item or quantity, contact us to discuss your options.

What about payment?

Payment cannot be amended once an order has been placed. If you need to make changes that affect the total price, you may need to cancel and reorder. We'll confirm this when you contact us.
