How to return your product
Customers have up to 28 days from the date of order to request a full refund. Please contact us by calling +44121 420 2494 or email general@haws1886.com to request a return.
We will then ask you to post the items back to us in their original condition and packaging. Haws is not responsible for any items lost in the post, so please ensure that you send via a tracked method.
Once your items are received, we aim to refund or exchange within 5 working days. You will receive an email notification to let you know when the refund has been processed, or when a replacement product has been dispatched.
